MY BACKGROUND
With years of experience in educational support, mentoring, and customer service, I bring a strong foundation in empathy, problem-solving and adaptability.
I became interested in design after noticing how often students and consumers struggle with systems meant to help them. Seeing those gaps sparked a desire to improve learning experiences by simplifying complexity, making them more engaging and easier to understand.
I earned a Bachelor’s in UX Design and am pursuing a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction. I’m continuously learning to strengthen my skills in UX research and strategy, human-centered design, and Gen AI.
